Filming at Gila River Resorts & Casinos

This form is for creators with 10,000+ followers who want to film table games. If you don’t meet the follower requirement or aren’t filming table games, you don’t need to apply.

We welcome guests and influencers interested in filming at table games or poker. To be considered, you must complete and submit a filming request form. Please allow 1–2 weeks for review and approval.

Please note:

  • Filming of personal slot play, resort, or dining areas using a phone does not require approval, as long as it is non-disruptive and does not include table games.
  • Submission does not guarantee approval.
  • All filming must follow strict guidelines to ensure guest safety and experience.
  • No one under 21 is permitted.
  • No costumes allowed.
  • Filming must not disrupt other guests or occupy their space.
  • Filming the Cashier’s Cage and/or any Currency Transportation is strictly prohibited.
