Paul Molina

Paul Molina is from the Maricopa Colony in District 7 of the Gila River Indian Community. Molina has been painting professionally for five years, creating and designing murals and various print materials for the Gila River Indian Community.

Outside of his art, Molina is a Digital Media Manager for the Gila River Health Care Corporation. Molina’s work consists of murals, prints, window decals, logo designs and metal fabrication, just to name a few. Molina attended Collins College and obtained an Associate of Arts in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications.>/p>

Molina mostly uses acrylic paint for his canvas paintings and aerosol paints when painting outside murals. One of his proudest moments as an artist was painting an 8-foot high, 100-foot long mural for the Phoenix Premium Outlets. Molina says his inspiration for paintings and graphics comes from the Gila River Indian Community and the traditional stories the community shares.
