Where To Buy Tickets
Tickets are available at the Wild Horse Pass Box Office, or you may visit our Entertainment Page to purchase tickets from our authorized ticket-selling agent of Gila River Resorts & Casinos. Gila River Resorts & Casinos cannot be responsible for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source and will not honor counterfeit and other invalid tickets. For some shows at Vee Quiva, tickets may be purchased at the Vee Quiva Gift Shop.
Wild Horse Pass Box Office Hours
The Box Office at Wild Horse Pass is open Wednesday – Saturday | NOON to 7 PM, plus all Show Days.
Discounts & Refunds
Ticket discounts are available at the Wild Horse Pass Showroom Box Office only:
- Active members of THE Card® by Gila River Resorts & Casinos. All discounts are per ticket, 4 tickets maximum per THE Card number: Emerald – $5; Ruby – $10; Gold – $15; Platinum – $20.
- $10 OFF: Gila River Indian Community members with enrollment card, and Gila River Gaming Enterprises employees.
- Tickets are at retail pricing when purchased online or by phone, but discounts are available at the Box Office only.
- Additional taxes and fees may be added at checkout. Prices are subject to change. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Age Limits
Unless otherwise noted, all guests must be 21+ to attend shows.
Security
All persons and items entering any Gila River Resorts & Casinos property and Events are subject to search. Gila River Resorts and Casino management and security reserves the right to refuse any item deemed a potential safety or security risk or with the potential to be a distraction to the event being held. Screenings will be performed by trained professional contracted security staff and may include, but are not limited to:
- Visual screening
- Bag, case, coat, and hat screenings
- Hand-held magnetometers
- Walk-through magnetometers and/or threat detection systems
Events Clear Bag Policy FAQs
Events Bag Policy
Guests may bring in one (1) clear bag no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or a 1-gallon plastic storage bag. Guests are limited to one (1) clear bag per person, along with a small clutch or purse for privacy. The following bags ARE allowed inside all Gila River Resorts & Casinos properties:
- Clear Plastic, Vinyl, or PVC Bags (Max Size 12” x 6” x 12”)
- Small Bag/Clutch Approximately the size of a Folded Piece of Letter Paper with or without a handle or strap (Max Size 8.5” x 5.5”)
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
- Seat Cushion & Seat Cushion with Back (no pockets, 18″ or less in width)
Bag Number
Guests are limited to one (1) clear bag per person, along with a small clutch or purse for privacy.
Medial Items & Equipment
If you have medical items or equipment you need to bring with you and it will not fit in the clear bag, please go to the Box Office to receive a “special item” and bag approval.
Other Items
You do not have to put everything you are carrying into a clear bag – you may carry them on your person. One bag per person.
Non permitted bags
If you show up with a bag that is not permitted, you will be asked to lock your bag in your vehicle or take back to your room. If neither are possible you can be referred to security for a one-time bag check and approval.

- Weapons of Any Kind including firearms, knives, tasers, etc.
- Fireworks or incendiary devices of any kind
- Harmful chemicals such as mace, pepper spray, etc.
- Posters or large signs (larger than 8.5” x 11”)
- Professional Cameras / Audio Recording Devices
- Balloons, Silly String, Selfie Sticks
- Airhorns, vuvuzelas, or other noise makers
- Bags, Purses, or Backpacks That Do Not Adhere to the Gila River Resorts & Casinos Events Bag Policy
- Backpacks (solid)
- Large purses
- Fanny packs
- Camera bags
- Oversized tote bags
- Diaper bags
- Binoculars case
- Mesh bag (reusable grocery bag)
- Tinted, colored or patterned bag
- Solid colored drawstring bag
Beverages
You may bring beverages purchased in the Casino into The Showroom or Event Center, but all beverages must be poured into plastic cup
Camera Policy
Non-professional, non-flash still photography is permitted at most events (disposable, digital, or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens). However, for some events, at the request of the artist/performer/team, cameras of any type may be prohibited. Video recording devices, audio recording devices, Go Pro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted inside at any time. Video recording on any device and/or flash photography is prohibited at all times. This policy will be strictly enforced, and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.
No Smoking
The Showroom and Event Centers are a smoke-free venue. Smoking is not permitted in theses areas at any time.
