GOING GREEN

In an effort to leave the smallest eco-footprint possible, Gila River Casinos has several green initiatives in place to recycle, conserve energy and reduce the amount of water we use. 

HOW WE RECYCLE IN THE CASINO
  • Recycle tons of cardboard, aluminum, paper, plastic and glass annually
  • Utilize the most energy-saving LED lighting in the state of Arizona
  • Encourage mass transit by providing both bus and shuttle service
  • Implemented paperless registration for Player’s Club membership
  • Utilize native, drought-resistant plants so we’re landscaping responsibly
  • Installed carpool parking and bicycle racks near team member entrances
  • Buy local products to reduce emissions and energy use, whenever possible
HOW WE RECYCLE IN THE HOTEL
  • Encourage towel re-use and extended linen exchanges in every hotel room
  • Ask housekeeping to return thermostats to their original setting upon guest check-out
  • Placed hotel refrigerators “verified for energy performance”
  • Change our hotel air filters four times a year (above industry standards)
  • Implemented paperless registration at the Front Desk
  • Made newspapers available at Concierge instead of placing at rooms
  • Phase in eco-products and Energy Star appliances, whenever possible

Discounts

$10 off for GRIC members (enrollment card required), Group Sales and Hotel Sales Package clients and GRGE Team Members.

Gila River Casinos Players Club card members receive the following discounts based on tier level Emerald $5, Ruby $10, Gold $15, Platinum $20. All discounts are per ticket, 4 tickets maximum per Players Club member. Tickets are at retail pricing when purchased online or by phone. Discounts are available at the Box Office only.

Terms

All Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult 21 or older.

    Complete a Request form for your Win/Loss Statement and/or Tax Form at the Players Club.

    Players Club can generate Win/Loss Statements for you. If you are requesting copies of your tax forms, fill out the form and then send it to Revenue Audit to process.
