- Apple: Available in the Apple App store.
- Android: Direct download via QR code or hyperlink.
2. How do I sign up for a BetGila account?
- Although the app can only be utilized in the Gila River Indian Community, users can download the app from anywhere. After downloading the app, registration and verification must occur at any Gila River Resorts & Casinos BetMGM Sportsbook location.
- Visit the BetMGM Sportsbook counter and complete the required paperwork for registration and verification.
- A sportsbook supervisor will then examine/verify the user’s license/ID and obtain any required signatures.
- The user will be set up with log-in and password details during the in-person registration process.
3. How do I deposit funds into my BetGila account?
- Users who have completed registration and verification can fund their accounts with cash at any Gila River Resorts & Casinos BetMGM Sportsbook location.
4. How do I withdraw my funds from the sports app?
- Just as with deposits, funds can be withdrawn from the app by visiting any Gila River Resorts & Casinos BetMGM Sportsbook location.
5. How do I place a wager on the BetGila sports betting app?
- Locate the game or event you’d like to place a wager on.
- Select the team, total or wager you’d like to bet on to add the wager(s) to the bet slip.
- Once selected, select the bet slip icon and confirm whether you’d like the wager to be a straight (default), parlay or teaser wager via the menu at the top of the bet slip.
- Enter the $ amount you’d like to wager (or the $ you’d like to win) and press the “place bet” button.
6. Once I’ve signed up and deposited money on the BetGila sports betting app, can I bet on the app anywhere outside the Gila River Indian Community?
- No. Verified users can only bet via the BetGila sports betting app from anywhere inside Gila River Resorts & Casinos or any other location in the Gila River Indian Community.
7. If I already have the BetMGM Arizona mobile app, why do I have to register for a second app while on property?
- Arizona regulations restrict statewide sports betting mobile app usage on any tribal land throughout the state of Arizona – including BetMGM’s statewide app while in the Gila River Indian Community. We have created the BetGILA sports betting app for users that prefer the mobile betting channel in place of (or in addition to) the retail and kiosk wagering channels at Gila River Resorts & Casinos. The BetGila sports betting app can only be used while in the Gila River Indian Community. The BetMGM statewide app can be used anywhere in Arizona outside of tribal land.
8. Are the lines/odds on the BetGila sports betting app the same as what’s offered on the kiosks and retail locations?
- Yes. When the odds are adjusted or changed, new pricing will be reflected both in the app as well as on our sports betting kiosks and at our BetMGM Sportsbook counters.
9. Is there a minimum age requirement to place bets using the BetGila sports betting app?
- Yes. Users must be a minimum of 21 years old to be eligible for app or retail wagering.
10. I’d still like to wager when I leave the Gila River Indian Community and head back to my Arizona residence. Where can I download the statewide version of the mobile app?
- The BetMGM statewide app is available in both the Apple App store as well as on Google Play Store. Open whichever marketplace you use to download apps for your phone and search “BetMGM Sports” to download.
- The BetMGM statewide mobile app allows for registering, verifying and depositing all via the BetMGM mobile app.
