The 3-time Grammy® and Billboard Latin Music Award-nominated band Gipsy Kings featuring Nicolas Reyes blends Catalan rumba, flamenco, salsa, and pop with profound, soul-soothing lyrics, evoking fans with the burning urge to dance with a rose in their teeth. The worldwide sensational group, originating in southern France, consists of two bands of brothers: the Reyes (Nicolas, Canut, Paul, Patchai, Andre) and the Baliardos (Tonino, Paco, Diego). In 1987, they released the self-titled album Gipsy Kings, which became certified gold and platinum around the globe. The Gipsy Kings have collaborated and performed with artists such as Stevie Wonder, Norah Jones, Paul Simon, and Aretha Franklin. They captured the world’s imagination with globally popular singles such as “Bamboléo,” “Volare,” and “Baile Me,” and have sold more than 14 million albums worldwide.
