Aloha! Kick off the Taste of Gila dinner series in style at Gila River Resorts and Casinos – Wild Horse Pass. We’re bringing the Spirit of the Islands to the beautiful Event Lawn (near the Oasis Pool) for a Polynesian Luau like no other. Upon arrival, the tastes and sounds of the Islands surround you as you are greeted by a fragrant lei as a traditional symbol of hospitality, respect, and Aloha!
Get ready to indulge in delicious light bites and traditional cocktails, followed by a decadent Chef’s Table filled with classic island dishes from across Polynesia. As the sun sets, you’ll be entertained by live performances that will transport you straight to the islands. Set in an intimate and fun atmosphere, this tropical celebration promises to be a night full of excitement, flavor and entertainment you won’t want to miss!
