Elaine Shelde's art is a story of her love for the desert environment she grew up in and the beautiful sunsets and sunrises she has witnessed inspire her creative spirit. Her preferred mediums have evolved over the years starting with soft pastels, then watercolor.

Angelo Cortez has always been fascinated by cultural designs and imagery found on Akimel O’odham-related pottery. Cortez’s best skills as an artist are precise linework, unique color blending and large-scale mural rendering. Cortez likes to express urban and cultural abstract design styles through both spray and acrylic paint.

Olen Perkins finds inspiration in Plein air and landscape painting, painting subjects within walking or hiking distance of his home studio in Central Arizona. He also finds inspiration in elevating the common surroundings of everyday existence into a painterly aesthetic and his personal artistic vision.

Sara Beth Lucas uses materials like graphite, charcoal, soft pastels and colored pencils in her drawings. She also creates oil and acrylic paintings, wood burns and enjoys fiber crafts in her free time. Her inspiration comes from her surrounding environment and her culture empowers her to express herself and her heritage in her artwork.

Paul Molina is from the Maricopa Colony in District 7 of the Gila River Indian Community. Molina has been painting professionally for five years, creating and designing murals and various print materials for the Gila River Indian Community.
